We have decided to focus on the 8th grade girls. Since this middle school is new, they are the first 8th grade class to pass through and are leaving just as many of the school's programs and services are kicking off. We wanted to do something special for them. Since they are at the age where body image and self awarness are at their peek, we are going to be developing a workshop series that will help them through this transition. The entire thing will be hands on and candid. I think these girls know what they need and want so why not let them lead and get the things that will best empower them.
